White Palm Uluwatu Romantic Wellness Escape 2min from Balangan Beach

I had an amazing stay at White Palm Hotel! Petra and all the staff, including the owners, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. You can really feel that they care about their guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, extremely clean, and very well maintained, plus, their two adorable resident cats, Romeo and Juliet — they made the whole experience even more charming and memorable. Everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend staying here — I would definitely come back! 💛

The location is great for the beach, but it's tricky if you want to go further afield.

We booked a room with a hot tub, but were shocked to find active construction work taking place directly outside our room. The workers could see straight into our space, leaving us with no privacy, and the constant noise made it impossible to relax. None of this was mentioned in the listing or reflected in the price. When we explained this to the receptionist, we were shown an alternative apartment — but it had no hot tub or bath (which was one of the reasons we booked this room) and there was a large trail of red ants across the floor. We then asked for a refund at this point, but were told we would need to go through Booking.com. We left the property, trusting that the refund would be processed, but the owners have since ignored all communication from both Booking.com and ourselves. Additionally, the condition of the room was poor: doors and windows did not close properly, there was a hole in the roof allowing insects to enter, and there were no mosquito nets over the bed. Making the stay extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing and nearly ruined our holiday. I would strongly advise avoiding the “hot tub” room — or better yet, look elsewhere for accommodation where you’ll get the comfort and honesty you’re paying for.

Das Essen war unschlagbar ob nun Frühstück, lunch oder zu Abend wir vermissen es jetzt schon.

Man braucht auf Bali für alles einen Roller oder Fahrzeug, das white Palm ist etwas abgelegen zum entspannen aber auf jeden Fall das richtige.
