La colazione iniziava un po tardi, alle 8,30, e sfortunatamente non ne abbiamo usufruito 1 giorno (su 2 di soggiorno). Peccato!

Highly recommend White Palm to anyone looking tor a beautiful boutique hotel away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were absolutely incredible and the food is 10/10. Best breakfast we’ve had in Bali!

좋은 점이 있나? 아 , 거짓 숙소 사진? 글램핑수준이다. 주인도 거짓말 투성이고 더럽고 물새고 난리도 아님

더러워서 돌아버림. 바퀴벌레, 모기 많고 숙소사진을 잘 찍은거임 이게 무슨 23만원 숙소임? 도무지 이해가 안감. 결국 숙박 못하고 환불해달라고 하고 나옴. 환불해주겠다더니 안해줌 한국돌아가면 송금해준다더니 그것도 안해줌 카드기기가 취소가 안된다고 둘러 핑계댐..;; 새해 망치기 싫어서 그냥 나옴. 그냥 숙소가 글램핑장임. 바퀴벌레 뿐만 아니라 각종 벌레가 난무함. 특히, 화장실은 더 최악 투명유리로 야외 밖에서 다보임(과거에 게스트 부부 중 여자가 샤워중에 훔쳐봐서 게스트남편이 뛰어가서 싸웠다는 글도 봄) 모기가 거짓말안하고 30-40마리 있어서 살충제 반통 뿌리고 문닫아놓음. 진짜 역대급 최악의 숙소임. 돈아까워서 배가 아플지경임. 해당 숙소에 대한 발리 여행객+ 주민들께 여쭈어보니 그냥 보수안하고 맨날 흰색 페인트만 칠해서 깨끗하게 할 뿐 이렇게 숙박 못하고 환불해달라고 싸우다가 끝까지 안해주는 악질 숙소라고 소문 나있다고 함. 심지어 천장에서 비도 떨어짐^^ 비가 오니 나가려고 문 잠깐 열은 틈으로 고양이가 방 안에 들어옴( 난 고양이 털 알레르기가 있었음) 여러가지 숙소의 비청결한 문제와 미흡한 점(물새고, 고양이 들어오고)으로 충분히 환불사유임에도 거짓말로 안해줌. 진짜 주인 한 대 때리고 싶었음. 절대절대 가지 않았으면. 나는 최선을 다해 부킹닷컴에서 부킹 못받도록 노력할거임. 그래야만 함. 나 같은 또 다른 피해자가 생기면 안되기 때문이다. 숙소 수수료 면제 취소요청하면 방법을 모른다고 하면 시치매뗌!! 그냥 안해주겠다는거지. 인간이 맞는지 의문이다. 주인은 사악해 정말

Petra and the whole team were brilliant. The food was exceptional and the team couldn’t do enough. So kind and welcoming. Plus I had an excellent massage - highly recommend. A/C was good, room was clean.

The location was a little disappointing as I was hoping for some beach time. But if you’re looking for pool time, great food and a safe, relaxing environment, it’s great.

Magnifique

The wooden floor was rotten and we fell through it. There were so many mosquitoes in rooms. AC hardly worked it was so not in rooms. No blinds on some windows so can’t sleep in or get baby to sleep in daytime. We asked to change rooms and told no. We left and asked for refund for the week we weren’t staying but they refused. Last Minute also didn’t give us refund. There is nothing around the hotel. The food is expensive. There is no shade over pool. Breakfast was the only good thing. Rooms have no soundproofing and have gaps to let in insects and geckos etc. So many cheaper nicer resorts in Sanur or Nusa Dua.
