I did not like it. Unfortunately.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. They put me in a room I didn’t book because they extended the previous guest’s stay. They didn’t inform me beforehand and were extremely rude when I said I wouldn’t stay in a room I didn’t reserve. Terrible customer service. By the way, there’s a great hotel just around the corner called The Balangan Hotel. It’s amazing, feels like a resort, and is even cheaper.

Obiekt jest bardzo ładny, zadbany. Było bardzo czysto, obsługa dbała o każdy detal.

Zdecydowanie za droga restauracja. Ceny mocno europejskie. Z powodu bliskości ulicy ruch skuterów niestety bardzo słuchać.

The hotel was very nice! The decor was beautiful, pool and area lovely and breakfast delicious. The staff were also very friendly! It was about a 30 minute drive from Uluwatu/temple/town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The two hotel cats were also such a nice addition to the property!

"Inak prostredie kľudné v okolí nič nieje na plaz je to kúsok .Inak sme sa cítili veľmi dobre a pobyt sa nám pacil.Majite"

Ubytovanie malo skvele rozloženie izieb bazén úplne dokonaly .Personal bol neskutočne milý a nápomocný.

Niektoré veci by potrebovali vymeniť ako batéria v kúpeľni bola v hroznom stave aj zrkadlo uz zažilo svoje .nejake opravy a výmeny by boli urcite potrebné.Taktiež strašne maly vyber jedál ci uz na raňajky alebo veceru .
