Good location. Clean. Comfortable. Nice continental breakfast with homemade cakes. Off street parking. Outdoor seating.

Room was small, but this was our choice to be on the ground floor. Other rooms I believe are larger. TV small and in an awkward position.

"Nice place - convenient to local attractions - host was attentive."

The location was great - very close to the town. Breakfast was lovely - homemade breads and baked items, with some fruit.

The room was on the smaller side, but comfortable. Unfortunately, it was facing the main street, which can get noisy.
