Our B&B was quiet, clean, in a great in town location. Breakfast was excellent. Owners gracious and knowledgeable about local area. King bed comfortable.

Should have brought a nightlight. Hubby would have enjoyed a larger TV, lol.

This B&B is a traditional B&B with a cozy atmosphere and a good breakfast. It is located in the middle of Rockport an easy walk to all the sights, etc. in town.

Please know that the church just behind the B&B tolls the hours 24/7 so if you are a light sleeper as I am this could be a problem. Turning on the AC helped.

We really enjoyed staying there. Great location. The couple who owns it are very nice and helpful. The breakfast arrangement was great. Many areas to congregate with the other guests

Location was exceptional. Easy walking distance to see the essence of Rockport. Had their own parking lot so parking was easy.

Richard was an excellent host and very knowledgeable about the area. He gave us suggestions for things to visit during our stay. We booked here because we wanted to visit Salem, but we ended up falling in love with Rockport. We can't wait to go back again and Lantana will be our #1 choice for our accommodations.

The commuter train is within walking distance but parking is free, so if you have a car, you are going to want to drive there. After spending a day walking around Salem, the walk back was not fun (even though it was downhill).
