"Great upscale property"

Fantastic property. Longe was great. Rooftop bar/restaurant was really nice. Live music at bar in lobby at night was cool. We didn't use the heated pool or spa but they looked nice. Front desk staff were so welcoming. Walking distance to many attractions.

This my 2nd visit in 2 months. I celebrated my 10 year Smokefree Anniversary!!! What stood out to me about my stay was the friendly customer service I received from all the staff!!! I enjoyed the rooftop experience! I definitely enjoyed R&R spa and poolside experience this was the main reason of returning. Breakfast at The Grange restaurant was terrific I love their pancakes!!! Valet service was on point! Everything was exceptional I will be returning soon!!!

Grand Hyatt Nashville- amazing staff and amazing place to do your business or conferences. The Audio Visual team was amazing and their team was 5 diamond service! Hotel and staff- one of the best and strongly recommend anyone that visit Nashville for business / vacation- stay at this hotel. The best and great location to everywhere!
