The rooftop bar and the room we were upgraded too

First room had a ceiling leak that caused damage in the bathroom but they upgraded us to a suite for the inconvenience

"Luxury and Comfort"

Chris the luggage attendant was outstanding. He was the first and last person we spoke to throughout the weekend and he really helped ensure we had an amazing experience. He is so kind and helpful. I really felt like it was a personal experience that helpful set the tone for the weekend. The room was nice. Sheets had a spot on it but they changed the sheets quickly once they were notified. The hotel overall was outstanding. I will be back.
