This hotel is beautiful--spacious, contemporary, clean. It is far enough from Broadway to be quiet but close enough to walk to listen to music. We had one of the best breakfasts of our lives in their hotel restaurant and excellent service there. If there is one criticism it's that they seem to cater to conferences. The pool was closed due to a 'private event.' The lobby was flooded with conference goers, so we couldn't have a drink at the bar. Valet was not good. It was hard to communicate with the valet team. I'd stay here again. It's expensive but I think worth it.

The Grand Hyatt Nashville has excellent service, beautiful hotel, fantastic views, and one of the best club lounges in the USA. They treat their guests like royalty. It’s in a prime area for all the tourist spots and you can walk everywhere. The club lounge has delicious foods and drinks. Everything was fresh and it tasted amazing. It was accompanied by beautiful decor and ambiance. The look was relaxing and luxurious. Special acknowledgment to front desk staff, Caleb, who took extraordinary care of me and my party. Everyone here was so professional and courteous. The rooms were spotless. It was modern with the most comfortable mattress and pillows. You cannot beat the view of the Main Street, especially at night when everything is lit up. I cannot wait until I come back to this beautiful hotel. I love the Grand Hyatt Nashville. It was worth every penny to stay here, especially if you have Globalist status with Hyatt!

"Service with a smile"

Outstanding staff, top to bottom. The valet was patient and unhurried while I got checked in with my dog in the truck. The coffee shop team made my dog a pup cup from scratch — without me saying a word. The bellhop at checkout was just as helpful and pleasant as everyone else had been. Every single interaction was polite, warm, and genuinely enjoyable. This crew is the reason I’ll be back.
