A good accommodation for the money. The manager and staff are very friendly and professional. I took care of me during my one-night stay. The facility needs an update and as they say it only takes money. Green River Wyoming has a great outdoor/ off-road/ tourist attraction potential.
It needs a lift, a new modern building.
The rooms were very dirty and the area was not in a great location. The check-in receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I would not stay at a super 8 motel in the future.
The property and motel were fine. The oderizer they used was an overwhelming perfume smell that required us to sleep with the windows open, the bathroom fan on all night and the first thirty minutes with the hallway door open. That meant we had to listed to interstate traffic and yield some privacy as we were on the ground floor. Other than the strong perfume scent everything else was fine.
Property short staffed. Cleaning crew didn't show up so our reservation room was never opened. Moved to another room where tv didn't work.
Can’t believe that super 8 head office alouds old motels like that don’t know how old the place was it didn’t even have a shower had floor sloped to drain water So bad we didn’t stay there I went to the front check in to get a refund was no one there I waited and waited no one came so I left to book at bestwestern in rock springs I would like to get a refund was 92.00 and I’m fr Canada plus 40 percent exchange I will never book at super 8 again
Hotel is very tired and looks nothing like photos on the Travelocity website. Carpet in room was absolutely filthy. One final complaint was that while I was sitting on the bed, I noticed a creepy little bug walking on the bedspread. I didn’t want to know what was under the bed.
We needed two rooms and were traveling with dogs so this seemed like a good option. The fellow working at the front desk got slammed when we arrived but he remained friendly and helpful. It’s not a great neighborhood. The building isn’t secured very well and the key pads and key cards didn’t work very well. But the price was good.
Just didn't look welcoming outside or inside. Trash all over in the parking lot. Also got locked out of my unit when i still had my card. But it wasn't terrible for the price.
USCouldn't even stay there it was such a shit hole! Give me my money back or I'll never book through your site again. Place is being rented by the hour if you know what I mean!
