Property was old and beat up. Room was small, bathroom sink clogged and the shirts used and filthy. The floor .felt uneven underneath the ancient carpeting. Evening staff gave me new sheets and were helpful but this property is basically a dump.

The staff was very polite and friendly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues. The floor was stained and didn’t appear to have been properly vacuumed—there were clumps of dust and even nuts on the floor. The bathroom door wouldn’t close completely because it stuck on the uneven tile. The fridge door couldn’t open all the way since it hit the dresser frame, which was frustrating. There were also three safes just sitting around the room—none were bolted down, and they were lying on their sides (two under a desk and one under the bathroom counter), which felt a bit odd and unprofessional. Also, the room listing mentioned a coffee/tea maker, but there wasn’t one provided.

It was safe n quiet

The inn itself was not handicapped friendly. Fortunately we were on the lower level. The floors in the hall and the room were not only unlevel but they were uneven. There needs to be some major construction on what seems to be a very old building. The breakfast was not on the par with Wyndham standards and really not even what I would consider a continental breakfast. It was not even a continental snack. The service was far beyond the building. They were very polite and accommodating. They should be transferred to an inn that is worthy of their expertise.

The first room we were given had a broken toilet, the second smelled, was dirty and the refrigerator was so full of mildew it co walk on it’s own. Also, no elevator! The motel is run down and shabby. The room window was right next to the sidewalk and anyone could see in. Truly the worst motel ever! We left and stayed elsewhere.

The property didn’t seem to be kept in good condition. The door to the room looked like it was broken into. The first thing you see when you look at the bed is dried up bodily fluids on top, which obviously means the blanket and sheets weren’t cleaned from the last customers that were there. Also there were stains under the bed. The carpeted floor was heavily soiled. The chair in the room was covered in stains. The bathroom door was splintered like someone broke through it. The shower head was being held in place by cloth shoved into a hole around it. Overall the place looked dirty, sketchy and unsafe and I couldn’t bare to risk anything happening to my child who was with me so I stayed there long enough to book a room somewhere else.

The hotel is run down, but the beds were what I am so upset about. We had room 104, bed was a box spring. No sleep was had. We were strom stayed so no where to go. Very disappointed.
