"Great hotel with extremely helpful staff"

The location was ideal for us and the staff were fantastic. The car parking staff in particular, who were extremely understanding and helpful when we had no idea what to do! I would not hesitate to stay here again if I was to be back in Yokohama.

It’s not the cheapest hotel, however you get what you pay for.
