"残念"

景色は最悪でした。事前に相談しておくべきでした。子供用のパジャマ、スリッパ、歯ブラシの用意がなかったため、スタッフに依頼。速やかに届けてくださいましたが、事前に子供の人数を伝えていたのに残念でした。

朝食バイキングは毎回楽しいです。補給のタイミングも完璧。エレベーターが6台あるのがとてもお客様ファーストです。スタッフに若い方が多くポジティブな雰囲気がホテル全体に漂います。

部屋の広さも良く綺麗なお部屋で快適に過ごせました。 朝食も種類が多くよかったです。 家族で子連れでの旅行でしたが良い思い出になりました。

ゴールデンウィーク中だったのでチェックインにかなり時間がかかったこと。あと朝食も待ち時間がありました。

ラグジュアリー感が高かったです。部屋から富士山が見えて子供達が大興奮でした。中華街からとても近く、ハマスタなども行きやすくて立地がとても良かったです。スタッフさんも丁寧でしたし、特に外国籍の方の日本語が上手く感心した上、客室清掃のスタッフさんも笑顔で挨拶してくれて愛想も良く、接遇がとても洗練されている様に感じ気持ちのいい滞在ができました。

朝食料金が高く、一般庶民の私たち家族には手が届きませんでした。ホテルの朝食も味わいたかったです。また、細かいところですが我々は提携駐車場を利用したので22時間内ではなく24時間での割引適用の方がありがたいです。
