Hoiana Hotel & Suites

The property was beautiful with lots of restaurant options and great size rooms. The staff were amazing and greeted you everywhere that you went. They were always willing to go the extra step in bad weather.

The Hoiana resort is currently under construction and only in stage 2 of 7 of development. This means that there was works everyday, loud and woke us up and some of the pools and bars were shut without notice. Airplay and chrome cast did not work in the room and the English channels played the same movie on repeat. One of the days the power was completely off due to government requirements, we were not notified before booking yet they were able to light up the stairs, the lobby the casino but not our room and gave us no compensation or alternative solution for the day (i.e somewhere to charge our phone). The property is located 30 minutes drive from town, in the bad weather there was no activities available to book as everything was full. The hotel clearly was catered to the Asian market as the language barrier was the biggest of anywhere we travelled in Vietnam and were not prepared. For a hotel of this price and calibre we expected more.

침구류 세탁 후 완전히 건조가 안된 듯한 냄새가 났어요. 습한곳에서 수건 말리면 이상한 냄새 나는데 그런 냄새였어요. 정도가 아주 심한건 아닌데 호텔 침구류에서 처음 맡아보는 냄새였어요 ㅠㅠ 다른 서비스들은 매우 친절했고 부대시설도 좋았어요.

Hoiana Suites Hotel exceeds all expectations and is a peaceful place. The service was (almost) impeccable: from the friendly and warm welcome to the farewell after eight nights. The Deluxe Ocean View Suite was beautiful and spacious with a fantastic view of the garden and the ocean. It had a beautiful and large balcony with lounge chairs, a bathroom with tub and shower, walk-in closet and living room with bar. Super friendly staff wherever you go. Breakfast was fresh and sufficient, but in a hotel of this league you would probably expect a richer selection. And absolutely must mention the gym, which was super bright, well equipped and from the 16th floor offered a 240 degree view of the surrounding area and the ocean. The hotel is located about 15 min drive south of Hoi An, but on weekends (Friday-Sunday) a transfer was offered to the city center (expected to be extended to weekdays as well). Special thanks to Katie, Minnie and Duc for your efforts during my stay. Thanks to Nicole for the delicious farewell negroni and to Jimmy for his open ear for guest feedback.

The towel service at the pool was slow, or partially non-existent.

Das Hotel ist neu und noch nicht 100% fertig. Der Service ist gut, entspricht aber meist noch nicht einem 5*-Sterne Level. Zu viele Fehler passieren noch (falscher Hinweis bezüglich Check-In, Essen / Getränke kommt nicht / zu spät / falsch). Lage und zukünftiger / vollständiger Ausbaustandard werden wohl sehr gut sein. Verbesserungen sind aber notwendig.

Every thing in here were very good except the staffs. Very bad attitude from them! Never come back again!
