Everything was very good

The breakfast hour's (start at 9 finish at 11) In alanya all the activities start at 9. So we paid for the breakfast but we couldn't take it.

Staff were excellent, location was perfect for central Alanya, room was massive. Very good value for money.

Noisy at times, the mosque is very close so you hear that approximately 5am.

Nice room, quite big, the hotel itself is good, it has also a restaurant but you can also eat around, there are lot’s of choices.

The elevator wasn’t working on the moment that we arrived and no one even proposed to help us take our bagage up (the room was high enough) and the weird thing that it was fine like in one or two hours but in the morning it wasn’t working again, so I don’t what’s wrong with it. There were no water in our room when we arrived, so we told at the reception that we have this problem, they told they will give us water in the bottles so at least we would have some while they figuring out the problem. When we came back after a walk to our room, they really gave us a water but only two bottles 0,5 for 2 person.. and there were still no water…so after being on a road all day long we went to sleep without even having a shower. It was exhausting, everything you want after such a trip is relax but we couldn’t as there were always an issue

The room was very clean and spacious. Hussain (I hope I’m spelling it right) was very kind and helpful during our stay

Fint sted, desværre tager det noget fra oplevelsen at værelset lugtede af røg. Ærgerligt når det var så fine værelser. Der var live musik indtil over midnat, så heller ikke nemt at sove selvom alle døre og vinduer var lukkede

Das war eine schöne und entspannte Aufenthalt, da das Hotel überall zu Fuß erreichen war. Murat hat uns bei jeder Sache geholfen. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder kommen. ✨

Petfect location: close to the beach, cafes and shopping places for turists. There is a cafe at the same building which is very convinient. Super friendly staff, especially waiter Diana (was always ready to help), front desk Huseyin (answered the weirdest questions) and cleaning service ladies who was always ready to help if i needed something, even if they don't speak english. Next time in Alanya would love to come back there👍

The best thing is the location of the hotel. Its located near the harbour, near the beach, near the Grand Bazaar, near alot of shops, restaurants and cafées and near the bar street. The rooms are very spacious but pretty basic. The claening is OK. The view from the balcony was just towards another nearby building and the backside of a street, so it was not a good view. There was a very small safety box in the room but I was asked to pay 3 euro per night if I wanted to use it.
