Karikatür Bi Hotel

Large room. Nice balcony with a nice view of the park. Offers bottles of water in the room. Large bed. Good air conditioning. Mini bar. Quick help from the reception when asked about a duvet. Very good location. Good breakfast restaurants nearby such as Balikesir Breakfast Cheese Shop

Smells of garbage at the entrance and disgusting in the street. Everything between the corridor and the room can be heard. Paying extra for the safe box. New building but worn and dirty. Dirty curtain. Broken parts in the shower. Hard bed and missing duvet. Breakfast. Only a card key is issued to save on electricity. Unprofessional reception. Poor tv channels.

Useless management. Construction on the roof during our stay of 9 nights constant drilling from 9am, should really start that nonsense after 12. I have videos of the noise it was horrendous. Never staying again because of the lack of brain cells. Weak wifi also.

Everything was great, the A/C was working well, the room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, we got a very nice view on the 3rd floor, it was amazing. Thank you to the hosts, communication via booking was smooth.

Cok güzel! Perfect view, clean room, new and comfy. Nice people working there. Good service also for room service from karikatur bi kafé with nice food. We have been there many times, and still good and awesome.

My mom and I arrived at Karikatur Bi Hotel after canceling our reservation at another hotel nearby. We did not have any reservations booked at Karikatur but we're hopeful Karikatur would meet our needs after a 13 hour flight. When we arrived at Karikatur, we were greeted by Ekrem who immediately welcomed us and toured us their rooms and was able to fit us into their reservations LAST MINUTE for 3 weeks. If it wasn't for Ekrem, i'm not sure where we would have stayed. The hotel is newly renovated. Beautiful hotel lobby, there is A/C, Wifi, spacious rooms, beautiful bathrooms with a sink, fan, and shower that all work. Luckily, we were able to get a room with a balcony which happened to have a breathtaking view of a beautiful cat park (for all my cat lovers). Downstairs there is a cafe, Karikatur Bi Cafe which has delicious food, an amazing staff as well, shisha, and LIVE music. You can even take the elevators down to walk straight into the cafe, which I found so convenient rather than walking outside to get to the cafe. We want to also thank other team members at Karikatur, Huseyin and Sercan. They were very accommodating with all our needs, as far as assisting us with our missing room keys, getting us a taxi, and providing us with helpful information on where to go in Alanya. We also want to especially thank Miyase as well as the other housekeepers. Miyase was SO SWEET and so passionate about her job, she even decorated our bed and made it look beautiful just because she wanted to. =) She also went above and beyond with taking care of our laundry, even folded and hung up specific clothing so they do not get wrinkled. The location of this hotel is FANTASTIC! It is literally 5 mins away from the beach, tons of restaurants, shisha lounges, cafes, convenience markets and much more. Teşekkürler for a WONDERFUL first time experience at your hotel and in Alanya. Thank you again to Ekrem, Huseyin, Sercan, and Miyase! We will be sure to recommend any friends or family to stay at your hotel.

The check in was not good. The front office staff was not kind and it seemed he was forced to work there!!

Good location, super service! And ok breakfast. Nic big room with big bathroom!

their excuse is the number of quilt is limited with the number of rooms and because their all rooms are full, they can't provide an extra quilt. So, if you stay in this hotel beware of getting your quilt dirty.
