Gutes einchecken, leckeres Frühstück auch wenn man in ein anderes Hotel gehen musste

Zimmer 31, sehr warm, 4 Stufen runter zum Bad, Frühstück im 150 m entfernten Hotel König, hätte müssen vor Buchung erkennbar sein

Wir wurden mit kostenlosem Upgrade im Hauptgebäude (Königs) untergebracht.

The room was spacious and the bed was relatively comfortable. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices, even though I had to walk a few minutes to a different hotel.

The reception service needs improvements: The check-in process was rather complicated: I had to call a number from a telephone at the reception desk and get a code for the room key dispenser. If you don’t speak German or English, you’d have been in big trouble just to get into your room! Also, when I enquired if I could leave my luggage after checking out, I was told there was no problem. However, on the actual day, I was told there wold be no one at the reception desk after 1pm, which meant I had to carry my suitcases all over the place, taking taxis instead of buses, until it was time for me to leave Rheda. Also, the amenity was minimal - there were liquid soap dispenser at the sink and shower, but no shampoo or conditioner.
