Philippou Beach Villas & Apartments

We really enjoyed the stay at Phillipous beach villa. We appreciated a lot, the house is really close to the beach, which is ideal for families. Larnaca is easily reachable with public buses. The center of village Oroklini is 20 minutes walk, however, there is a supermarket and many restaurants in the closest neighbourhood of the villa. Phillipou and his family were helpful all the time during our stay – they arranged the taxi for us, sent us proposals for trips and renting the car, solved the problem with broken dishwasher. They even bought us basic foodstuff (bread, butter, ham, juice, water, apples) for the first moments of our stay in Cyprus. Villa was equipped very well and everything was in a good shape and clean. The villa was so spacious and a great location being so close to the sea. It was ideal by only being 20 minutes from Larnaca airport.

There was nothing we disliked about our stay.

Proximity to the beautiful beach just outside the door, and close to the supermarket ,spacious and clean , lovely balcony with views and our host was so kind to supply us with water, bread fruit and veg , ham and cheese , milk etc, will definitely be back, thank you so much for making our holiday so memorable.

Everything was great

When you arrive at the apartment, the owner will meet you and bring a bag of basic food to welcome you. There is a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. The apartment has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. There are also two deckchairs and a table with chairs on the balcony.

On the booking, you could have a more detailed description about paying for electricity. And we could also have bigger garbage bags.

For our surprise Phillipou made sure our fridge is fool of food: water, juice, milk, butter, cheese and fruits. That was very unexpected nice surprise. Thank you Phillipou you were great host and made sure our short stay was unforgettable. Rooms were spacious, clean and warm. Enough towels to use at the beach also. The place is located at the private property complex, so it was calm quiet and not intrusive atmosphere.

Nothing really. Maybe for the other guests it could of been useful to have washing pods (one or two). We did not need any washing doing so we were fine, but maybe for others, or families that come it might be useful to have. Also maybe if staying on a short stay having extra toilet rolls somewhere in the cupboard would be useful as if running low - no need to buy all the pack ...

Our flight was 4 hours late so we arrived very late (2:00) but they waited for us to check us in at that time.

The flat is very cozy. We enjoyed the view from a balcony. Also, they left us water and some food when we came, it was very very sweet!

We came in the end of February, it was a bit cold in the evening and to sleep.
