Breakfast has no proper menu.. they did for the sake of inclusion of breakfast..not worth it at all..no value for the money .. worst breakfast,

The location is extremely quiet but nearby all the shops, restaurants and attractions. The owner is a lovely man, very responsive and very helpful. The staff is excellent and service also. I loved the swimming pool and the garden. O highly recommend this place. It is a big value for money.

"Excellent stay, totally worthy of the money spend."

Rooms: Very spacious and luxurious. Even the bathroom was very spacious. We had a lot of space to store our things. Pool: Very large pool, no restrictions on timing. Hosts: Really nice people, treated us like family. Location: Very calm and quiet environment.

"Recommend the place. Worth it for the price."

Everything was good. Good staff, clean and comfortable place, large pool etc. They provided new pool towels and fresh authentic Sri Lankan food. Lovely place and I strongly recommend it.

The TV was a bit small and watching TV from the bed was a bit hard. Didn't have a hand shower for the toilet. That's it.
