Althe whole hotel was super nice! Great breakfast and friendly staff. Great location!

Muy centrico y cómodo, limpio y precio razonable

La Housekeeping nunca nos dio servicio ,no sacaba la basura ni nos dejaba toallas, limpias ya que eramos 4 y estuvimos varios dias ni tan siquiera nos pregunto si necesitabamos algo.

Room had a lot of room. Location was good. Workers was nice e and helpful

Bed was a little rough to sleep on but was clean and nice

Two day stay during ice event. Upon checkin, our person was extremely unfriendly. When we arrived to our room, the floors were wet. We immediately let the desk know. She was not concerned at all nor did she apologize. We were told our 5th floor room keys didn't open doors? Very confusing. The second day, our room was flooding from the ceiling, we immediately took photos, and went downstairs to report. The desk person was again unfriendly and never apologized. We told them we reported that it was wet on our arrival, but nothing was noted. We had to change rooms at night and were never given an apology. Extremely poor customer service.
