La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas - Frisco Stadium

Location is great. Quinn at the front desk is awesome!! Friendly and efficient, amazing customer service!

The front desk employees were very helpful and friendly!

There was a foul smell coming from the lobby area, I think it came from the pool!

Location for the event we were attending.

No power in the room, we had to unplug all devices because the power went out and couldn’t handle charging 6 devices. We had to move room at midnight and the same thing happened

I liked how clean and neat things appeared in common spaces.

The location is perfect and the lobby was nice clean

The lighting in the rooms are to dim, the sheets and pillowcases were old and a yellow color, pillows are super uncomfortable. The restroom was not clean. Hair was stuck in the corners outside of the shower. In the shower stuff was still on the walls, spots of mold. The shower head is horrible it’s a trickle of water that comes out. The sink was clogged and had mold around the drain, we did report it to the front desk to have maintenance come and fix it and they never did. When we checked out reported it again to the front desk but no resolution. This place has potential, it’s located in a very known, high dollar area so it’s very disappointing that it doesn’t match where it’s located
