Property was cosy

I was a bit surprised that staff didn’t react to situation. I wrote email few months ago before the trip that it’s very important for us check in at 13:00. We have new born baby and old grandma who really wants to be on time in wedding ceremony. Sadly we got very late check in. And even they said sorry our hotel is full so we can’t give you your payed reservation. I was super surprised, standing tired with baby late evening and waiting till I get my room. Didn’t experience anything like this. Plus I needed to change clothes for wedding at parking lot.

The staff was very friendly and the view from the room was also nice. The bed is comfortable and the room has everything one needs.

At first, we were offered a room on the ground floor that smelled like sewage. Then after complaining the staff immediately changed our room, which we appreciated a lot. We were moved to a room on the last floor but in the toilet we founded “left overs” from the previous guests, which was very unpleasant. So I’d suggest the hotel to focus more on cleanliness.
