When we arrived, we learned that Hotels.com misled us. The hotel did not have the accommodations that Hotels.com promised, and we are disgruntled about the experience. This leads us to change to another provider, and stay away from Hotels.com.

Staff was very rude and disinterested in greeting or talking to guest. Made me feel like they were obligated to do there job and they made it obvious they didn’t like it. When I was trying to check in no one was at desk for over 5 minutes. Room was clean though.

Get there check in made it to my room couldn't get in had to go back down to the desk for him to let me in then the tv didn't work called front desk said he be up in a min never seen him

I travel for work and often stay in Hilton brand hotels. I workout and so I’m always looking for hotel with a “good” gym as I don’t want 7 gym memberships and pay for a monthly membership to use that gym once. As far as hotel breakfasts go it also decent. The staff were friendly and the hotel itself is well kept up in both cleanliness and maintenance. The thermostat controls the room temperature (some hotels I think it’s just there to give you the illusion of control).

I waited in the lobby for 15 mins before the clerk came to check me in after a 6 hr road trip. Beds were hard a back killed me when waking me up. The room was hot plus it’s the summer time

Clean and comfortable! No continental breakfast..a little bit of a disappointment for the price. Good property for families with kids and pets.

I was in town while my dad was in the hospital. Coming back to the clean and beautiful room was great. Being able to watch my Netflix was cool. The patio was so inviting and relaxing. And i had the best mushroom and spinach omelet!
