Great atmosphere, great food/drinks, and so CLEAN and comfortable!! The staff were all so friendly and amazing with anything I needed! I’ve stayed here many times and it’s the only hotel I recommend in the area. During one of my stays, one of their systems was not working correctly, but you never would have known - the staff was still so friendly, calm, collected, and never missed a beat. The GM was even there late, working alongside all the staff and assisting people up to the rooms with their bags, and helping with anything needed! It was so nice to see the sense of teamwork and watch them all pull together so the guests didn’t feel the impact of something they couldn’t control. Staying here is always a great experience!

This hotel was very clean - brand new - quiet!

Without a doubt, one of the worst experiences of my life. This place is a disaster. Total incompetence by management and staff. Check in process is outrageous and ridiculous. Don't even think about breakfaster. Total disaster. Avoid them like the plague.

Nice new hotel with a decent bar. rooms are clean enough, even though they still charge you a full rate but only clean every other day. Hotels are getting lazier and lazier, and incredibly cheap. All about saving that dollar here in there. What really made me never want to stay here again was the incessant tipping requests. The room has a card with the cleaner's name on it and a QR code to tip her (yes maybe better than cash who knows). The lobby had sign after sign all over in sitting areas with QR codes requesting to tip. And the final straw, the free breakfast (if paid for when booking) was free but you were forced to sign a receipt, requesting..... a tip. Hey Hilton and the franchise owner, how about you pay your people a little better so my rate is my rate. By the way, I'm not tipping. Ever. Unless I get service.

I stay at this hotel frequently visiting family or staying for work. The hotel is very nice and fairly new. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the beds and linen are comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had hot water every time I’ve stayed here.

Only one of our party ate breakfast and it was disappointing.

The restaurant was not good. I ordered a pizza, (IMO a mistake anywhere in Indiana, and I've tried several in different places. I'm a hopeful person, but it's time to give up) 45 minutes later, still no pizza. They eventually brought it, It was a weak effort. Go somewhere else.
