"Best hotel in Fort Wayne!"

Brand new hotel. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean. Very nice patio! Also has a full bar and restaurant along with banquet facilities. This has to be one of the top hotels in Fort Wayne! Close to Parkview Regional Medical center!!!

"HVAC system needs adjusted."

The hotel is fairly new and very clean. the beds were comfortable, etc. The only issue we had was the temperature. Our room was freezing as the air conditioning was on. Problem was that the temperature was falling outside and we would need the heat on by morning.. could not change the thermostat to heat. It was set to control this automatically based on the temperature setting... I wanted heat at 68... it would only turn onto heat if I set the temperature to 74 or higher. so the A/C had to be on for the temp to be lower than 72... the desk manager came up and could only get the heat on by raising the temperature above 74 -- we did not want to sleep at a temp of 74... a dilemma... should not operate this way...I had to wear a coat to bed because it was so cold.. but I didn't want the temp at 74 as it would be too warm... needs adjusted

Excellent staff, very pleased with our room and the full sized pillows!!! It was a pleasure to have a full sized pillow. The breakfast was a great spread, and we found everything to be clean and well maintained.

Smelled like sewer so bad u couldn't hardly stand it. Called and didn't act to concerned. Breakfast was horrible that we paid extra for. Couldn't bite into the sausage, milk was sour and cereal was old. Snowed and parking lot and sidewalks weren't cleared off

"Fabulous stay!"

We stayed for a weekend getaway. From check in to check out, everything was seamless. We encountered no problems during our stay and would definitely stay here again. Staff members (from the front desk to housekeeping) were friendly and accommodating.
