No free breakfast but that's really not a big deal

The staff is very helping and eager to assist during any and all stays. They make sure to keep the guest top priority at all times. Would return for another trip for sure. Also, a great location by the park and hospital and restaurants in the vicinity. -Andrew B

The complementary breakfast was poor for a Hilton Hotel. I expected more. The you build the egg sandwich was a very below standard and was out of all the ingredients to make it. We ended up leaving to find breakfast food. Very disappointing

We thought this was a really nice hotel; very clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. We've stayed in a couple other hotels in the area and decided to give this one a try. Afterwards, we decided we like this one the best. Breakfast is not automatically included but we had the option of booking a room that included breakfast which is what we did. There is a small restaurant where we could choose from several breakfast choices. We felt like the food was pretty good; it was probably all premade but a step above typical hotel breakfast buffets. Front desk staff weren't super friendly--not rude or anything but the wait staff in restaurant were great. Our only issue--and this kept me from giving the hotel 5 stars--was with the hot water. It took several minutes for the water to finally get warm....and once it did, it never got hot...nor did it last all that long before starting to cool down. We were very surprised and disappointed by that. We were on the 5th floor so maybe we were far from the water heater but still that shouldn't happen. It was on Easter Sunday about 8:00 AM and the hotel wasn't packed so I don't think it was because lots of other people were also showering. We will stay here again and hope for a better hot water experience; we really want it to be better. The location is great, the area where it's located is nice and quiet, hotel is newer, everything was clean, bed was very comfortable, there is a really neat patio area outside overlooking a pond where people can sit or eat when it's warmer...lots of positives with this hotel. Just not the hot water....

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The housekeeping staff member was sweet.

Awesome experience. One of the best get aways for the money. Top notch service and cleanliness is above standard. Great staff specifically Mary at the Front Desk. Food was awesome. Outdoor patio with the pond was specially nice. Pool and fitn we center was a plus.
