it was a little loud because of the Pub but not to loud to fall asleep.

A very large room, which was nice, with crisp white clean bedding and towels. Everything you need (except perhaps a hairdryer?) and everything in working condition (hot water etc). Conveniently located for town/supermarket/station - and you can walk to Kingston along the Thames. Cleaning lady super friendly and obviously good at what she does.

On check-in I was given a piece of paper with a list of four codes to enter various gates/doors, which freaked me out, until she said 'only if you come home after midnight' - which put me at more ease! Also, I struggled to leave the pub in the morning before it opened, all doors appeared to be bolted shut, but I managed to knock on another guest room and they advised me the door I needed just needed a proper shoulder shove! In the room, everything a little battered and bruised (chipped paint etc) and I couldn't figure out how to open a window for fresh air - maybe I just didn't have the knack. The pub is noisy up until midnight - so bring ear plugs if you want to sleep earlier.

Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, handy location

There was a big mix up with my room. I was placed in a room which was already occupied, then another guest walked in my new room saying it was there's. They had a key to my new room, so I felt unsafe. There was also a lot of noise from the pub downstairs until late, and it was hard to find my way out in the morning. The pub was closed and there was no staff around, but there was no signage so I had to try a few doors.
