Great room; met all my needs- clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect. I really enjoyed exploring Surbiton- you can really tell how community oriented it is; what a lovely place!

It was a decent offering for the price paid, the bed was surprisingly comfortable. It is above a pub so set your expectations accordingly. I imagine it gets very loud on weekends. Staff and pub were friendly.

Walls are quite thin, you can hear people talking in other rooms.

Accommodation was cancelled as I arrived in London (having travelled from Scotland). Was advised alternative accommodation was booked - not in Surbiton, not ideal as I didn't have a car, was unfamiliar with area and had to rearrange evening plans; but it was better than nothing and accepted there was an issue with the room that required work. Turned up at accommodation to discover no booking had been made - Saturday night, no twin or double rooms available and had to pay for a family room. He said he'd sort it but never did. Would not recommend.

Very nice helpful staff. Room and bathroom very clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet, despite being a pub.
