Villa Caterina - Solemar Sicilia

Nice spacious apartment. Looks like it was originally a garage that has been converted. The villa grounds are amazing with wonderful views.

We were advised that if we use a certain amount of electricity or too much we would be required to pay for this. This was not an issues for us as we were there for only a few days. However, we found this strange and would advise the host, that if they wish to charge customers for electricity, they should make this clear in the agreement.

Tout, ambiance très agréable avec le jardin et ses animaux , chambre propre bien décorées et bien équipé. Très bonne pris en charge à notre arrivée par l'hôte. Bonus un chat adorable qui nous a suivi pendant le petit déjeuner.

Peut etre préciser de ne pas faire trop de bruit au dessus de la chambre qui est en dépendance en soiree, nous avons eu un groupe qui a fait le fête alors que nous avions une journée chargée le lendemain.

Good location, and very clean

Wunderschönes Apartment - noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Liebevolle und stilvolle Einrichtung und alles super sauber. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum und am Strand. Mit dem schönen Garten an der Unterkunft war es eine kleine Ruheoase.

Host met us with the keys and showed us round the property, which was great. Lovely flat, just up from the centre of town, with a gorgeous garden our kids enjoyed

It's a ten or so minute walk from the centre, which was fine (but we planned our days to minimise back and forth, which worked out well

We had a big balcony, the apartment were amazing, roomy. Territory is really nice out here.

Villa is uphill.
