Our room was spacious, comfortable and CLEAN!!! So nice to stay here. The staff was so friendly and gracious. Breakfast was sooo good and Breakfast area was clean and kept clean! Awesome experience!

"Great except for the cold food."

The food was cold because the warmer wasnโ€™t working. When I told the desk staff she said she was aware because this was broken, she apologized and then put out a microwave. She was very nice, very accommodating BUT, there should have been a sign that it was broken and a microwave provided from the start.

Other than the cold food it was very nice, clean and the staff very nice.

"What a welcoming staff and wonderful stay!"

Monica is a gem! She worked to adjust our rate to our original wedding block rate, made sure we had two upper floor rooms in good locations, gave us a beautiful welcome, and was available all weekend to make sure we had everything we needed. Her customer service and people skills are outstanding. Monica truly wants to give each guest the best experience they can have. She also had such a caring relationship with staff members along with great energy. The GM (sorry, forgot the name!) was also very welcoming and enthusiastic with guests and staff. Both women were juggling multiple tasks while greeting and helping guests. What an awesome female power team! Other staff members were the same including a sweet woman in housekeeping near 509 who wanted to do everything she could to make us feel at home. What a wonderful culture has been built and we truly felt like we were at home. Thank you Monica and staff!
