Pleasant helpful staff, nice decor and good location with arndale visible

Air conditioning in room wouldn't cool room to below 24 degrees which on 6th floor meant it was uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast also didn't have as much choice as pictured and the waffles didn't have any other toppings than syrup and sprinkle bits no fresh fruit as pictured other than pineapple or melon (if it had been refilled) from other side of breakfast room.

Good variety at breakfast Car park is under ground and safe

Far too hot, unable to open window (not even a small one) air conditioning only goes down to 19 degrees. Breakfast was stressful due to the layout and the lack of staffing being able to refresh plates, cutlery and food
