Lovely room, staff were friendly, easy to check in and out

Unfortunately the air con was a little intermittent so temperature need adjustment

Breakfast was very nice. Room clean.

Check was a nightmare but apparently computers were down. Would have been nice to have been told whilst we were queuing down the street. Bed comfy but creeked.

It was clean, perfect location for our stay and breakfast was excellent.

The room rate had been inflated by more than 100% due to what was happening in the city that weekend.

Location and cleanliness.. staff were fab.

On Sunday morning at 9.20am the breakfast chef was shouting with a nasty tone that we were to hurry up and get our hot food. She commented that it was not her fault we got up late.....however breakfast did not finish till 10am.. This was aimed at all the people stood waiting and it was quite a large que!

Clean enough, good location

Most expensive hotel I have stayed in for a concert stay in Manchester. Had a late checkout at 12pm so we could let our fair down and have a lie in. Got woke up before 9am with drilling either in the hotel or right outside our room, then the cleaner knocked before 11am. Would have expected a partial refund for the inconvenience and the disappointment to our weekend , but just a this will be passed on our staff for the future. Would therefore not recommend, clean enough and nice enough staff, although none of them could help on the matter , no manager to speak to. Just a email given to us. Not worth the money especially in the circumstances.

45 mins queuing to cheak in not happy breakfast could do with more organising better queuing again 30 mins not enough food !

Location

Air con did not work. It was uncomfortably warm. Toilet was hit and miss on if it flushed and when it did flush it wouldnt stop. The fan was filfth so dusty and stains on the walls. Bed uncomfortable. For 285.00 a nihht i expected better especially from a Hilton hotel.
