Good location, room spacious and clean. Great value. Staff on desk and Diane in charge at breakfast were extremely helpful as the hotel was very busy and whilst breakfast was alittle chaotic and the flow needs to be reviewed. Diane went above to look after our party of 7.

The chocolate was advertised at £2.50 a bar which is expensive but I accept for the convenience. However it was charged to my bank at £2.75, when enquired told it was the service charge. I bought this in person at the front desk not room service and nowhere did it state a service charge would be added on the signage.

Clean modern and great breakfast

Called streetcar from desk phone at 08:30 to book cab for 09:45 to get 10:13 train from Picadilly Station. Cab 25 mins late...missed train. I'd change your taxi provider! Utter rubbish!
