Friendly staff, our luggages got taken care of as well, as we arrived earlier than the check-in time and after check-in they were in our room (no mean feat as one of them was massive, so really appreciated they were already in the room). It was very clean, and the futons were comfortable enough.

It was a bit of a small room, so we had some trouble with a lack of space as taller people, but other than that it was great

"It was a breathtaking, authentic to Japanese tradition inn."

Great location to stay. Quiet area with very helpful and friendly staff. Close to train station by 10 minute walk.

This is mainly a preference. We did wish there was more softness to the futons we slept on. Outside of this, we loved it.
