Hard mattress, low pressure of shower, rooms are not clean( maid leave dirty cloth on dining table, staffs have less service mind.

The suite size was good.

No hot water in room. Inform counter staff many times and we were told they would check it. However nothing was done. Staff don’t speak basic English. Room was not make up although we informed the staff in the morning. Sink was also choked. No slippers no tissue paper which was basic items hotel should provide.

"Good for one night stay"

Family room was excellent for our family of 4. Very good size. Love the Mountain View. Complimentary snacks and drinks.

There was practically no wifi in the room. Shower pressure was rather low. Toilet flush not exactly working. No telephone to contact reception. Onsen was so-so only. No hot shower at onsen.
