Water pressure is not enough, hot water can’t be used. There is water leakage. Price is too high comparing to what I get.

My sons love the gym. The staffs were friendly but can't speak and understand in English. My Thai driver had to translate for us.

The water pressure was low, and the heater was not functioning well. The WiFi was not working well too. There's no telephone to connect with the staffs and have to go to the reception for assistance.

2 bed room villa is clean, great swimming pool and onsen. They provide snack and milk and yogurt. Staffs are friendly, the receptionist give us a drive to 7-eleven at 7:00pm and wait for us to return

We book a villa with balcony. But the view is not as our expected because there is a abandon building right on the view. We will book villa with mountain view on next time
