Subic Waterfront Resort And Hotel

I did not stay in this hotel after I arrived, i found it very filthy, ugly, and they gave me a paper full of prohibited things that we should not do nor bring to the hotel, and there are penalties money to pay if you violate any of these stupid rules which they have implemented and in a scam way have hidden it until the customers completely pay their stay, they did not state their rules in their ads, because they knew that nobody will book with them.. they are totally corrupted filthy scammers, their hotel is below standards hotel, they tried to scam me to pay something called environmental fee which they only tell the guests after the guests pay in advance their stay.. I refused to pay that environmental fee and simply quite to stay in that garbage, filthy and corrupted hotel, I quit and booked for my self and my family in another hotel not in subic .. subic is not a good place to spend vacation it is really ugly, filthy place.. I will never go there any more..

1. The staff members are truly remarkable. Their assistance and politeness are beyond compare. 2. The establishment made several changes to the prices, which caused quite a stir. We had organized a party for 50 people and were initially quoted a certain price for the food. However, when we pointed out that the brochure they had sent mentioned a different price, they promptly provided us with an updated brochure and refused to honor the original price. 3. The pool is given a significant focus, but don't let the pictures deceive you. 4. It is extremely disappointing that there is absolutely no hot water for showering. None at all. We were lucky enough to get lukewarm water once, but that was about it. 5. The quality of the food is below average. The menu states that certain items come with certain accompaniments, but when they are missing and we inquire about it, they simply claim that those accompaniments are not included. 6. It should be noted that there are no irons or hair dryers available. 7. I must warn you: despite what the website claims about accepting card payments, they do not. I had to go through the trouble of finding cash in a location where transportation was already difficult to find. Overall, the staff was the only exceptional aspect of this place. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

The welcome machine at the reception Plesse replace with a bell or other sound. Really not convenient

Room was cramped and old, curtains did not fit window had to hand towels for privacy. toilet would not flush, power outage while in shower, on-site restaurant was out of most foods on menu, we were forced to eat sandwiches which were terrible and took 1 hour to serve to us. Large metal light fell from ceiling in restaurant patio and almost struck my wife. No access to any beach and not able to walk on the street outside hotel due to several prostitutes working the area. We were forced to leave after only 1 day and Resort would not reimburse our days paid. HORRIBLE PLACE

No terminal for debit/credit card. They don't even accept gcash as of the moment. Though they accepted my gcash coz it was already late when my daughter and I checked in. Rooms are simple, rest room is clean. They have 2 pools and a resto bar where you can dine. Nothing fancy. Thought there was beach access tho.

The reason why I stayed here was to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday in a safely manner. We got together outside the room, the staff came out because a hotel manager was also staying right next door from us and we were disturbing them. We are the customers and there are other empty rooms (the hotel manager should’ve moved to a different room, or they could have placed us to a room away from others) so we could have enjoyed our purchase for staying here! Therefore we decided to stay in the room and continued with our celebration! But the staffs kept knocking on the door asking us quiet down. The 2nd evening which was the actual (day) birthday, I decided to drag my family out of the room and finished our party elsewhere to avoid conflict with the hotel manager’s room next to us. We were in room 8, the hotel manager is in room 9 and by the looks of the dish racks right by the doorway when they opened the door, maybe they are a resident in that room. I am very disappointed because I was not able to fulfill my purpose of staying here, I just paid for a room to sleep in, that’s not why I got the room for. But the staffs are nice, they are only following the request of their employer. My son and I are visiting, and I am shopping around for places to stay when I return next time and I am very sorry that to say that I am disappointed for staying here!

Property was clean and maintained. Staff was responsive and efficient. Pool was large, clean and maintained. We will return again.

NO beach access Rooms are dirty When you left the key inside the room (not lost) they will charge you 200php Breakfast is terrible - only Buffet during weekends and on weekdays they will only serve one plated meal. They don’t even serve juice during breakfast. They will only serve instant coffee which is Nescafe sachet. And it states hot choco on the menu when it’s just a Milo pack. They don’t have a pancake or even cereals and they have the guts to charge breakfast fee for how much????? Their executive rooms is not so executive. It feels like you are in a standard room i’m not lying! They don’t even have a hair blower to dry your hair after swimming. If you want to go to the beach you have to go there intentionally. You can either walk but it’s 2kms away or ride a tricycle. Once you’re there if you wanna swim you have to pay again to swim on the beach plus you will still need to rent a cottage. If only this hotel discloses that there’s no beach access — we can avoid this hassle. They don’t have towels in the pool that you can use after swimming. They are claiming they are a 3-star hotel but in fact the experience and service they provide is for 1 star hotel or less. WASTE OF MONEY! DO NOT STAY HERE!
