T & T Hostel Kanchanaburi

we were surprised by how nice the room was - it was on the water! it did get kinda shaky sometimes, but the view was pretty :) the bed was comfortable the fan was good the room was very clean

the bathrooms felt very unclean there were bugs, spiders and ants everywhere on the sinks and in the bathrooms and showers you got a little dizzy at times because of the room being on water (but this you have to accept before booking, knowing it’s on water)

Bad room, no have air conditioned, no have any furniture just have bed with 2 pillows . The room is located on the river but is extremely bad. You will get seasick lying here because it is like an extremely shaky boat. Receptionist cannot speak English

What a fantastic place and location. We were in a room floating on the River Kwai and it was beautiful. You could get out and swim or chill in the evening. This made or stay in Kanarachburi and I highly recommend it.🇹🇭👍🏻

Shared ablutions were a bit of a walk, beds were hard and no air conditioning; however the location made these points trivial and we really enjoyed our stay

Staff were lovely and the location was perfect!

The bed is quite hard, and if you want to get to sleep before 12am I would recommend elsewhere as there is really loud music and karaoke along the river.

It is at a beautiful place on top of the river. Really calm and quiet :)

Poor standards of hygiene. The room was dirty. I don't think bed sheets had been changed since last guest. Karaoke music loud until early morning hours from across river. No air conditioning. Room smelt of damp so hazardous to my health. To top it off I needed to extend my visa and they would not comply with local immigration laws and notify immigration by paper or online form to help me extend my visa. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in all my travels for the poor hygiene, loud music until late and unhelpful and inhospitable manager. No wifi despite being advertised. Overall, a bad impression. Not a good place to stay and not good for the community by behaving with such disregard for people visiting Thailand and Kanchanaburi.

Peacefull area, amazing garden and lovely view, we also liked our room that was very confortable and wide

I am sorry to write it because everything was perfect but unfortunately we had some troubles in the comunication with the staff as nobody speaks basic english

It’s right by the river, nice garden and welcoming staff, I first booked the room on the river...but realised it would be too noisy with the motor boat and too hot since there’s only fan so I up graded for an AC room in the garden part, the rooms is decent and clean but mattress is super hard, hot water and wifi good, it’s near restaurant and bars walking distance to the bridge( 20-30 min)

there’s a bar/ live shows/ karaoke right in front on the other side of the river so noisy but everything stop at 12h, it could be cleaner

Room was simple but with amazing view and common area. Staff super helpfull

In front of the river (the other side) there is a bar with very loud music till late. If you are in the rooms on the water can be noisy
