I had to wait after 3pm on 3/15/2026 and the room still mot clean nor teady. I finally get the room 404 it smelled and it was not cleaned right, I had to unplug the toilet before using it. I was charged 220 something dollars for the room on 3/15/2026 I paid it on that day with my bank card. I checked out before noon on 3/16/2026 then i get a message from my bank that sonesta suites is trying to charge me 187 dollars and change for 3/16-17/2026 I checked out of thier hotel on 3/16/2026 before noon.

I did mot like it being smelly and dirty and a pugged up toilet! Then trying to charge me again for a day that I checked out of this same hotel!!! Being charged for the day that I checked out!

Pros: The location is very nice. The room was clean. The room had a kitchenette, full size fridge w/ ice maker, coffee maker and microwave. The staff were very nice and helpful. Quiet after 8pm.

Cons: People hanging out drinking and fixing their cars in the parking lot. I think the cost per night was a little high at $170 per night in March.

The property was super clean and staff were very friendly. Check in time was less than 10mins. Plenty of parking.

We chose for the kitchenette, free parking and location. The staff was very kind & helpful. Free clothes wash/dry area. You can check out kitchenette cooking essentials. Accidentally left a make-up bag in our room at checkout and "she" found me in the parking lot. I was grateful! Hope we can continue to book for the same event.

It was located right off of the 10 freeway The room was very nice with a comfortable bed

The toilet was very hard to flush. Something wrong with the handle mechanism
