The gentleman at the front desk Frank was very professional and had a great attitude. It was nice to see such a young individual who enjoyed his job and have such great customer service.

Upon arrival I was told that I had 2 rooms booked I told them that I had only one. I went upstairs to the room and the toilet was stopped up I went back downstairs to complain about the toilet and I was told that there was no other room available and that maintenance would be up to fix the issue plumbing. I discovered in my room was cat hair everywhere and I explained that I was not comfortable with the room I was told that the maid would be sent back to clean the room however no one ever came then the heating system would only blow out cold air which made it difficult to sleep when I asked about breakfast I was directed to a cafe about a block away when I was under the impression that the hotel offered free breakfast so I have to ask if it were you how would you rate my stay

The fact that I felt like they lied about not having a room available to move me to when I had 2 reset

Location was great and the staff was very friendly

Room was dirty and not enough towels provided.

Room not cleaned properly. Dirty sheets.

Front desk employees had excellent customer service. When I came down they addressed me with asking how my room was, was I happy and comfortable. Very nice people.

Nothing pertaining to the staff or hotel. Mother nature took over that night keeping us from going swimming.
