Good location. Clean with pleasant front desk

I think they overcharged me. Talked to Zaldy, DOO. He said, it might be a deposit that hasn't hit yet, give it few days. I waited 19 days, nothing reversed.my booking with booking.com was for $706.19+296.18 total 1002.37 They charged me a total of $1221.10 Aprox. $200 I don't understand. I called couple times to talk to Zaldy, they said he was out. I gave up!

"The hotel room is comfy but I wouldn’t come back alone because the area is sketchy"

I didn’t like the location. The area was dangerous and the hotel did have extra security but I did not like walking around the place.

We had an early flight so we weren’t able to take advantage of breakfast. Unsure if it is complementary or additional cost.

Although I see positive comments here regarding staff, we did not find the staff (front desk and bartender) to be very friendly…unlike other Hilton Garden Inns we have stayed at recently. We felt like we were “inconveniencing” them.
