I liked how close it was to everything I needed.

To begin with the room smelled DISGUSTING. It had a horrendous order to it. The room was filthy. We found a contact lens and the backing to some earrings under the night stand. The internet sucks and if we wanted the premium we needed to pay extra. We booked a room with a bath tub and we got a walk in shower. We asked for help and they never came up to help us. So many things went wrong here.

The facility was clean

Bad communication and expectations and experience with the shuttle pick up from the airport or lack thereof. The front desk stated that I would be picked up once I picked up my luggage and they knew my arrival time was at 11pm but when I called for my ride I was told that they didn't operate a shuttle at that time.

They charged me $89 for breakfast i did not even eat and it took 3 weeks for a refund.
