Zentrale Lage

1. Extrem dünne Wände und nicht schalldichte Böden, dadurch konstanter Lärm, keine Ruhe. 2. Schlechte/inkompetente Kommunikation- nicht Wissen von Geschehnissen im Hause einer Angestellten.

Das Zimmer war renoviert und sauber

Keiner da an der Rezeption, nur der Schlüssel und ein Infoblatt, das sehr ungenaue Infos enthielt. Wir wussten nicht wo das Frühstück stattfindet und wo wir parken können. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, es hatte nur eine Seeviceangestellte, die sehr zuvorkommend war und es gut machen wollte. Es hätte aber sicher mehr Personal gebraucht. Sie ist mit auffüllen nicht nachgekommen und der „Chef“ hat uns noch die letzten zwei gipferl vom Frühstücksbuffett weggeschnappt. Alles help your Self auch beim Check in Check out - fanden wir nicht so gästefreundlich.
