"Der Aufenthalt war ok"

Die Lage und das Zimmer war den Wünschen entsprechend.

Das Frühstück war ok, leider wurde nichts mehr aufgefüllt und es gab nur für die ersten von allem. Das Personal war mehrheitlich abwesend und sonst sehr distanziert.

Das Chaos mit dem einchecken, wir haben 2 Zimmer gebucht und weil niemand am checkin war und man sich die schlüssel einfach nehmen konnte, hatte jemand anderes in der ersten Nacht unser Zimmer mit Kinderbett, was natürlich mühsam war weil wir in der ersten Nacht kein Kinderbett hatten, ich finde das könnte man noch verbessern oder genauer kontrollieren.

Pas de réception. Pour avoir la clé, il faut se rendre à l'hôtel qui se trouve à côté. Odeur de moisi quand on rentre dans le hall.
