The staff here were all fabulous. Nothing was a bother to them. From breakfast chats to calling taxis, they were so helpful. Such a good location too. A street and a half away from the old centre. Very good value.

I had a room under the kitchen, so it was sometime a bit noisy early in the morning.

The staff is kind, and the breakfast is pretty decent.

1. Poor facilities: What you see on the internet is not what you get. 2. Improvised furniture, not even a decent wardrobe. 3. Rusty faucet in the bathroom and a shower curtain that falls every time and is mouldy and dirty. 4. Not the minimum decent standard for hotel, bad electric installations, and no windows in the room. 5. Want to charge your phone? Do ir on the floor. That's where the sockets are. I really struggled to decide to review this place, and I was thinking about the people working there, but even their service doesn't compensate for the disasterous room they gave me. For the price, I ve got a way better hotel in Guadalajara city.

Location

The rooms don’t look like the pictures. I visited with my old parents and there were not even night stands. We booked a bungalow with kitchen and it did not have a fridge and enough cups. The room looks more like a student one. There was also a light in the patio that was on during the night and passed through our window. Not good quality bed clothes. Bathroom not to good standards of a boutique hotel.

Very friendly staff especially in the kitchen. Great location only a few blocks from the Centro. Wonderful rooftop lounge with nice breezes. Great King bed for sleeping and a very quiet room. Would definitely stay there again.

Would have liked a ceiling fan to distribute the air.

Great location to visit the Cathedral which is close by. Breakfast was good.

There was a step up to the room with no wheelchair access. Bring your own ramp if you use a wheelchair. Parking was available down the street.
