The staff was friendly and helpful.

The facility is extremely noisy. Due to the fact that everything is concrete, every little sound echoes throughout the complex. Also, the doors are made of single pane glass. Every sound from the street and the hotel amplifies and echoes into your room. I could hear notifications from people's phones who are staying in other hotel rooms. The noise in the city is terrible. Constant motorcycles, dogs barking, train whistles, vendors on megaphones, chittering birds in the atrium, people talking and yelling, etc., you name it.

This was by far my FAVORITE place of our whole trip!! Our room was super roomie. It had a nice TV, fridge, sink, King Size bed, sofa, good bathroom with a rain shower head. Our window was looking out to the street. They have parking around the corner from the hotel, which would be a 3 minute walk, but if you are lucky, which we were every day, you can park on the street right across the street from the main entrance. The staff here was AMAZING! Just AMAZING! They helped us with our dog, to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure she was safe at night. They were very communicative as well. The price is a steal! It has great location, with downtown being a couple of block away. Within a 5 minute walk you have pan dulce, multiple restaurants, burger places, coffee shops, cathedral, big historical plaza, etc. They have a small bar with a pool table that placed great music at night. On the upper floor, they have a small kitchen, which serves breakfast that is included with your stay every morning. I had chilaquiles every single day because they were that good. We also had lunch one day with included one of the best fish I've ever had, and some delicious Aguachile. It was an amazing stay and I'll do it again every single time I visit Tepic.

Nothing I didn't like. I saw some other rooms that might've been smaller than mine, but I had room number 1 and it was amazing. No complaints here at all! Parking could be closer, but you can literally walk anywhere.
