Fabulous location right in the heart of the Old Town

Washing machine was a nightmare to use, no instructions in English. Although the hosts were available to help, it still was a difficult machine. Also the floo near the kitchen si k is very unstable.

Location is right at the heart of the old town, nicely presented and comfortable. The room is fully equipped. Easy to get to and access.

Smelly bathroom but smell wears off by running water in the shower, noise at night from the busy street. Heating controls not functioning. Had to turn heating off completely to control the temperature and leave on for a couple of hours was too hot otherwise. Better than being cold however.

The best thing about this place was the location. It was in the middle of Parte Vieja, surrounded by several high quality pinxto bars. It was also very close to a taxi stand and a car rental place. It was also an easy walk to the bus stop for the airport. The place was clean. They provided a little cleaning pack (sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher tabs). The shower had good hot water.

It was a bit warm, even though we turned off all the radiators. This was remedied by opening the window at night. They provided fans as well. We got into the apartment using an app for the door lock - it wasn't explicitly stated that we needed the app for the building door as well as the apartment door, but we figured it out - luckilly, we only needed to use them for initial entry - they provided two sets of keys that were in the apartment. I found my bed comfortable, but my friend thought her bed was a bit too firm. Little touches that are not necessary but make a difference - there was an umbrella stand - providing an umbrella for use while in San Sebastian would be nice; also - there was a nespresso machine, but no pods provided - again, not necessary, but one pod per day per person would be a nice touch.

Excellent location in the Old Town, easy to walk anywhere in SS from here. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay, and beds were very comfortable.

Perfect location right in the centre of the old town, but very little street noise in the apartment. Very stylish, clean and comfortable. Beds excellent. Shower excellent. Didn't cook but the kitchen seemed well equipped

Had to download an app to gain entry - didn't work. After phoning the office the doors were quickly opened for us. Why not just do it by phone? Only seating for 3 in the living room - not really a problem for our party but an easy chair would be nice

Getting a phone number before arrival would have been helpful to contact the person to walk me through the arrival process and getting the key but regardless everything was fine.

There is no a/c only fans and the summer is very hot. The room had 2 fans that I had on during the night and it was still a bit warm for my taste but everything else was great.

The extra touches - the amenities page with laundry powder dishcloths etc..., the stylish fittings, generous size the ideal location - two big bathrooms - it really was a delight to stay in. Love love love it.
