We liked everything about our stay.

LOCATION. You cannot find a more perfect location for being in the heart of San Sebastian.

ALSO LOCATION. That location, however, comes with the WORST internet given (location between bldgs), no AC (fine if you are European, "forget-about-it" if you are American), and a mediocre washing machine. The whole reason we stayed here was the ability to wash our clothes mid 3-week long trip. Save yourself the struggle and go to the better, more equipped LAVANDERIA's (2 or 3)in town or stay at a nice hotel and use their laundry and taxi service. That is worth every penny vs. washing your clothes there. Finally, READ the instructions carefully. The app you download to get in says "put in your email." DO NOT DO THAT AT ALL, OUR YOU WILL BE STRANDED FOR 2 HOURS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TRYING TO FIGURE OUT, HOW TO GET INTO PLACE YOUR ALREADY PAID FOR!!!! Or you would say frank-it I am going to an open hotel, anywhere else! USE THE EMAIL THEY PROVIDE in non-descript (this detail doesn't really matter LANGUAGE) in the 18 emails they send before you stay. AGAIN, overall, for someone else, this may meet a family with kids from the EU's needs. Everyone else who does not want to work that hard on your VACATION... stay away.

Apartment was very clean and exceptionally well equipped . Loved the location.

Lots of noise late at night that continued until 3am. Would have appreciated a welcome food pack with a few essentials, would have made life easier when we first arrived.
