Location and set up, was perfect

Heater in the bathroom not working, maybe should have more supplies of tea/ milk and should have a nespresso coffee machine

"Comfortable enough for a short stay."

Good location, easy check in, comfy bed, appeared clean enough. 1 bed apartment felt a little snug, but fine for a short stay.

Couldn’t find enough glasses then found them dirty in the dishwasher which had a bad smell to it- cleaners obviously hadn’t checked it. Someone then set off the fire alarm at 7am, apparently trying to smoke inside one of the apartments, so we all had to stand outside in the cold which was made worse by the reception being closed over Christmas. Thankfully the fire service attended quite quickly.

Very good for couples! Has fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, which makes it really good for couples or families!

A bit of noise coming from the attached rooms.

Close to town, clean with good quality basics (shower, kitchen, beds)

Too clinical, absolutely charmless. Awful carpets and curtains. Difficult to access the mirror for make up.
