"Clean, tidy, cosy. Everything we needed and great location."

Very clean. Very cozy. Bed super comfy. Had everything we needed.

The parking is horrendous! We only managed to get into our parking space because the one next to us was free so gave more room. The guy that was due to use the space next to us ended up having to give up and park elsewhere. It’s extremely tight with concrete pillars between each space giving you very little room to manoeuvre.

Situated in a very central and convenient location, the studio apartment had everything we needed.

The mattress was very lumpy and had multiple dips in it. It could definitely do with being replaced

"Great quiet but central location"

Excellent quiet location but a very short walk and you're in the city centre. Staff were excellent when we had queries. Comfy beds and great shower.

Car park was extremely tight! If you have a large vehicle or are not comfortable with tricky reversing, Sofia gardens car park is very nearby!

Clean and comfortable accommodation,close to the centre of Cardiff.

We paid for a specific parking spot but there was somebody parked in our place the entire 2 days. We had to park wherever a space was available, an uncomfortable situation.

Location and facilities

Very poor customer service , I send email / messages to request a late check out I never got a reply, when I called the number they have I spoke to a lady who I could not understand a word she was saying, now I know English is not my first language but they should consider to have someone more patience as she got mad when I told her I couldn’t understand what she was saying, specially if you’re gonna deal with traveller who might not speak very good English.
