"A really good find and to is all the boxes if you’re on a budget."

It does what it says. Nothing fancy but very functional, clean, and good value. If you stayed longer and used the kitchen, would be even better. Handy opposite the garage and super close to town.

The code entry is a faff. The parking is annoying. The cleaning staff were a bit unfriendly, but I was late to leave .

Very cheerful, helpful receptionist, Michael. Parking. Facilities in the studio, including milk, tea and coffee. Dishwashing items.

Need to clean in and next to the shower-door grooves.

"Great location for the rugby"

Location is excellent. Full details provided including information on bus lanes/approaching the property. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean & basic toiletries, teabags etc included.

Parking is a bit compromised due to concrete pillars. Shared areas are looking a bit tired. Plug sockets only on one side of the bed. Limited kitchen equipment.
